Schedule
See on a single schedule, across all your clients, what you deliver in-house, what you have handed off and the answers still pending.
Updated on September 29, 2026
Goal
The Schedule gathers, day by day, the dated tasks of all your events: the ones you deliver in-house (with the resource used), the ones handed off to a subcontractor or a platform provider, or delegated. Requests sent to providers who haven't answered yet are shown first, since they are what remains to be confirmed.
Steps
- Open Schedule from the menu. The page shows the next two weeks; click Show the next 60 days to widen the period.
- Pick what you want to see: All, In-house (what you or your team deliver) or Handed off (subcontractor, platform provider, delegate).
- At the top of the page, the pending answers section lists the tasks for which a platform provider hasn't answered your request yet, with the Answer pending badge — even if the task isn't dated yet ("Undated").
- Then go through the days: for each task, the time (or All day if it is dated without a time), the event and the client, then a badge saying who handles it (for example "In-house · Linden Hall" or "Subcontractor · name").
- Click an event's name to open it and edit the task there.
- For a task to show up on the schedule, give it a date: on the task, Organize the task, Where and when step.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't one of my tasks show up? It isn't dated, its date has passed or falls beyond the period shown, or it (or its event) was cancelled. An undated task only shows up when a provider's answer is pending.
My schedule is empty, yet I have events? No task is dated over the period: give your tasks a date, or widen the view with Show the next 60 days.
How do I see the resource used by a task? For a task delivered in-house with a resource, the badge shows its name. Each resource's calendar is also in My resources.
Do my clients see this schedule? No, the schedule is yours: only you can see it.
