Calendar
See on a single calendar, across all your clients, moments, due dates, times, resources in use, awaited answers and payments, plus your catalog's schedule.
Updated on October 8, 2026
Goal
The Calendar gathers everything dated for your clients: each event's moments (★ the main moment), task due dates, times on the day and appointments, payment installments. Each task says who carries it out — you, with the resource in use (venue, vehicle…), a subcontractor, a platform provider or a delegate — and requests still awaiting an answer are drawn dashed. If you opened your catalog, its bookings, closures, opening hours and payments to receive are there too. It replaces the former Schedule: its address now leads here.
Steps
- Open Calendar in the menu.
- Pick a view: Month, Week, Day or List (the 30 days from the displayed date). Your choice is saved on your account; without one, a phone opens the List.
- Move with the Previous period and Next period arrows, go back to Today, or open Go to a date. With the keyboard: left and right arrows change the period, T goes to today.
- Filter with the Event, Client, Type (moments, due dates, times and appointments, payments, bookings, availability) and Service lists.
- Read the Legend: each type has its color and icon, and its label is written on every item. A dashed item awaits an answer; an in-house task shows its resource after its title.
- Click an item to open it: a task or moment opens in its event's Plan, a booking of your catalog in Received requests, a closure in your availability.
- In Month view, drag a task's due date to another day to move it: it becomes manual and no longer follows its moment.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't one of my tasks show up? It has neither a due date nor a time, its date falls outside the displayed period, or it (or its event) was cancelled. To date it: on the task, Organize the task, When? section.
Where are the undated requests awaiting an answer? The calendar only shows what is dated. A pending request on a dated task is drawn dashed, with "answer awaited"; the others are followed in Requests.
How do I see a resource's occupation? Its tasks show its name after their title. Each resource's calendar is also in My resources.
Do my clients see this calendar? No. A client following their event sees, in their own calendar, that event's moments and times — never your internal due dates, resources or payments.
