Goal
The My partners page gathers the providers you like working with. For each one, you see their rating, the number of collaborations, the amount of the quotes you accepted and the history of your requests, event by event. Below, your book of off-platform subcontractors stays at hand.
Steps
- In the directory, tap the heart at the top of a provider's card, or open their page and click Add to my partners.
- Open My partners from the menu: your favorites appear there, most recent first.
- On a card, read their rating, categories and the total of your collaborations; expand See the last requests for the history (event, task, date, accepted amount, request status).
- Click a partner's name to open their page, or an event in the history to go back to it.
- To remove a partner, click the crossed-out heart on their card, or tap the heart again in the directory. Their history is not erased: it comes back if you add them again.
- To ask your partners, open Organize the task on a task of an event, pick "A platform provider" then My partners: tick up to three and send them the same request. Their quotes are then compared from the task card (Compare quotes).
- The Subcontractors in my book section lists the ones you added to a task without going through the directory, with their contact details.
Frequently asked questions
Does the provider know I added them? No. Your partners are visible to you only.
Why does a partner show as unavailable? Their page is no longer visible on the platform (removed, or account suspended). They stay in your list with their history, but you can no longer open their page.
Which amount is shown? The sum of the quotes, all taxes included, that you accepted from this provider, all events together. If they are in different currencies, only the number of collaborations is shown.
How do I add a subcontractor to my book? From a task of an event: pick "A subcontractor from my book" under Who handles it?, then create it.
