Dashboard

Goal

The Dashboard is the page that opens when you sign in. It answers two questions: where do I stand, and what's coming up? It brings together your next event, a few figures computed across all your upcoming events, and the nearest dated steps and tasks. The detailed list of your events lives in My events.

Steps

1. Open Dashboard in the menu. If you don't have any event yet, the page tells you so: click Create an event, which takes you to My events, where you start the creation.
2. At the top, the Next event card shows your closest upcoming event: its countdown (D-12, Today…), its status, date, venue, progress, and what has been spent against what is planned. Click it to open the event's page.
3. The Upcoming events and Open tasks tiles count your active events (neither cancelled nor past) and the tasks still to be carried out in them.
4. The Budget tile shows spent / planned for those same events. If your events use several currencies, each currency gets its own line: amounts are never converted or added across currencies.
5. The Upcoming deadlines list shows the nearest dated steps and tasks, across all your events, with their date and the number of days left. Click a line to open the step it belongs to.
6. At the bottom of the page, See my events opens the full list and Find a provider opens the directory.

Frequently asked questions

An event is missing from the figures. The tiles only count active events: a cancelled event, or one whose date has passed, no longer appears. It is still available in My events, under the Past and Cancelled filters.

How is the planned amount calculated? It is the sum of the event's step budgets. As long as no step has a budget, the event's overall budget is used instead.

What is the "Organized for you" section? It appears when an event planner is preparing an event for you and has opened a follow-up space for you. See all opens the list of those events. Without an event planner, the section doesn't show.

I can't see the "Upcoming deadlines" list. It only shows up when at least one step or task of your active events has a date.
