Find a provider in the directory
Search providers by city, category and service, tell verified providers apart from other listings in the area and open the profile that suits you.
Updated on October 6, 2026
Goal
The provider directory lists the providers registered on etkivent: photographers, caterers, DJs, venues and many more. They carry the Verified badge. When you choose a city, the directory also shows, after them, other providers found in the area: Unverified listings, created from public data and not managed by the businesses themselves. It is open to everyone, even without an account. You narrow your search by city, by category (the trade) and by service (what the provider actually offers: brunch, seated dinner, wedding photography…), then open a provider's profile to send them a request.
Steps
- Open the directory from Directory in the navigation, or with Find a provider at the bottom of your dashboard.
- In City, pick a city: only cities where a provider is based are offered, with their number of providers.
- In Categories, open a field (Visual, Catering, Entertainment…) and tick one or more trades. All “…” ticks the whole field.
- Once a trade is chosen, the Services filter opens: it offers that trade's services, each with the number of providers who offer it. Tick one or more: the directory keeps providers offering at least one of them.
- Browse the cards: each one shows the city, how far the provider travels, their trades, up to three of their services (those you are looking for first) and the From price, the lowest rate the provider publishes.
- Look for the Verified badge: the provider created their account and manages their own listing. Hover or tap the badge to read what it guarantees.
- After the verified providers, the Other providers found in the area section lists the Unverified listings of the chosen city. To see registered providers only, turn on Verified only.
- Remove a trade or a service with the cross on its chip, or click Clear filters to start over.
- Click a card to open the provider's profile, their rates and the booking request button.
- On an Unverified listing, contact the business directly: Show phone number, or the link to their Website, when the source publishes them.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the Services filter greyed out? A service belongs to a trade: choose a category first, its services then appear.
Can I share my search? Yes: the filters are in the page address. Copy it, whoever opens it sees exactly the same results.
Is the "from" price the final price? No, it is indicative: it is the lowest rate the provider displays. The provider's quote is what counts.
A provider does not show up for a service they offer? Only the services a provider has activated on their profile count. If they have not activated it, they do not show up for that service, but remain visible under their trade.
Do the "Caterer in Marseille" pages have these filters? Those pages list a trade's providers in one city. Their by service links open the directory filtered on that trade, that service and that city.
What does the "Verified" badge guarantee? The provider registered on etkivent and manages their own listing: description, services, prices. You can send them a request through the platform.
What is an "Unverified" listing? A listing created from public data (the INSEE SIRENE database, OpenStreetMap) for a business that has no account. It only shows information that is already public: name, activity, town or address, phone and website when the source publishes them, sometimes a freely licensed photo with its author. The business does not manage it, and it may be inaccurate.
Why can't I send a request to an "Unverified" listing? The business has no account: nobody would read your request. Contact them directly, by phone or on their website.
Why don't the other providers in the area show up? They only show up once you have chosen a city, without Verified only. They also disappear when a service is selected: their services are not known. Remove the service filter to see them.
This is my business: how do I edit or remove it? At the bottom of the listing, This is my business has you create a provider account to take it over. Remove this listing lets you ask for its removal, no account needed.
