My events
Find all your events, filter them and create a new one step by step, from scratch, from a template or from an AI-suggested plan.

Goal
The My events page lists your events as cards: type, status, date and days left, venue, number of steps, budget (spent / planned) and progress. It is also where you create an event, with a wizard that walks you through one question at a time. For event planners, the page gathers the events of all your clients.
Steps
- Open My events in the menu. The Upcoming view is shown by default; switch to Past, Cancelled or All depending on what you are looking for. Load more shows the next events.
- Click a card to open the event's page. An orange-tinted card flags an event day that is getting close while the organization isn't finished; a red budget pill flags an overspend.
- To create an event, click Create an event. The wizard opens: give the event a name, then pick its type. Move from one question to the next with Next and go back with Previous.
- At A variant to start from?, choose Start from scratch, a ready-made template (it pre-fills the event with its typical steps and tasks), one of your own templates (listed under My templates, which you can rename or delete right there) or Generate with AI. Templates are grouped (Classics, including the civil wedding at the town hall, the secular ceremony, the destination wedding and the intercultural double-ceremony wedding; Surprises, Religious for Catholic, Muslim, Orthodox or Protestant weddings, World traditions for Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian, Turkish, Indian, Sikh, Pakistani, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Polish, African customary, Caribbean, Comorian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Armenian or Kurdish weddings, the kına, Maghreb or mehndi henna nights; Hindu holidays, Christian holidays and Muslim holidays for Diwali, Holi, Easter, Christmas Eve, iftar, both Eids, Mawlid or the return from pilgrimage; Lunar New Year and Nowruz for a New Year's party; first communion, profession of faith, confirmation and civil, Orthodox or Protestant baptisms; the Maghreb circumcision or the Turkish sünnet düğünü; aqiqah, namkaran or a simple baby welcome party; Muslim, Catholic or civil funerals with cremation, repatriation of the deceased and the 40th-day or one-year commemoration; children's birthdays, 18th birthdays, quinceañeras, silver, golden or diamond anniversaries and vow renewals; gender reveals, cousins' reunions, garden parties, dance parties or private chef dinners; for companies and associations, awards ceremonies, charity galas, general meetings, office openings, internal hackathons, open days or incentive trips abroad; hen parties, stag or hen parties abroad and prom nights…); Search templates filters by name or keyword (“outdoor”, “town hall”, “secular”, “church”, “kaftan”, “kina”, “mehndi”, “stefana”, “aqiqah”, “repatriation”, “golden anniversary”, “barbecue”, “cousins”, “quorum”, “auction”, “hen party”, “prom”…), the eye next to a template shows its steps and how many tasks each has without leaving the window, and the arrow keys move from one option to the next.
- Then answer the optional questions — your role, the budget and its currency, the date, the time, the venue — or click Skip if you don't know yet: everything can be changed later from the event's page.
- If you chose Generate with AI, an AI-suggested plan step appears: optionally pick an inspiration variant, the guest count and your wishes, then click Generate the plan (1 credit). A detailed plan can take up to a minute: keep the window open. You can then rename, remove or add steps and tasks before the event is created.
- Review the Summary, then click Create event. A message confirms the creation; its View button takes you straight to the new event's page.
- Event planners: the wizard starts with a Client step — pick the client you are organizing for, or create them with New client. In the list, the Client filter narrows the view to one client's events, and each card shows its client's name.
Frequently asked questions
What is a template? A template is an organization model: a list of typical steps and tasks for an event type. To create your own, open a well-organized event and use Save as template: it will be offered for your next event of the same type. Deleting a template doesn't affect events already created from it.
How much does AI generation cost? Each generation, and each Regenerate (1 credit), uses one credit; your balance is shown under the button. With no credits left, the button is disabled. If the AI is unavailable or does not answer in time, the chosen variant's template is offered instead and your credit is refunded.
What does "Reuse these additions for my next events of this type" do? It appears when you started from an inspiration variant and the AI plan contains new tasks (marked New). When ticked, these additions will be reused for your next events of the same type.
Where can I find a cancelled or past event? In the Cancelled and Past views of the list, or under All.
