Give feedback — an idea, a bug

Goal

Missing a feature, or something not working as expected? Give feedback sends your message straight to the team, who read every message. The form is the same for every account; you need to be signed in to use it.

Steps

1. Click Give feedback: at the bottom of the side menu on a computer, or in Menu at the bottom of the screen on a phone.
2. Choose An idea or A bug.
3. Give a short title (at least 5 characters), then describe your feedback (at least 10 characters). For a bug, say what you did, what you expected and what happened: that is what lets us reproduce it.
4. Check the Attached automatically box: the page you are writing from, your device and your screen size are sent with your message. Nothing else is attached.
5. Click Send. A thank-you message confirms it was sent.

Frequently asked questions

Are my name or email address sent? Your feedback is linked to your account on our side, so we can get back to you. But the tool where the team tracks feedback receives neither your name nor your email address: only your text, the technical context and an internal identifier.

I closed the window by mistake, or sending failed. Your text is kept: open Give feedback again and it is still there. It is only cleared once the feedback has been sent.

A message says I sent a lot of feedback. To prevent abuse, the number of messages is limited over a short period. Wait a few minutes: your text stays in the form.

How long is my feedback kept? Twelve months, then it is deleted automatically. See the privacy policy for details.
