Gift registry
Record every gift you receive, item or cash, and track your thank-you notes so nobody is forgotten after the party.

Goal
The Gifts section of an event is your registry of gifts received: who gave what, when, and whether you have thanked them yet. The counters at the top of the page show the number of Gifts, the total of Cash received and the number of gifts To thank. This registry is a tracking notebook: no payment goes through the platform and no message is sent to your guests.
Steps
- Open your event, then the Gifts section.
- Click Add a gift. In the Who is giving? step, pick a guest from your list in Given by, or Someone not on the list to type a free name.
- In the What gift? step, pick the Kind: Item (the gift, the Quantity and, if you wish, an Estimated value) or Cash (the Amount and an optional mention, envelope, cheque…).
- In the When and notes step, enter the date you received it (Received on) and any Notes, then click Add. Add another saves the gift and opens an empty form for the next one straight away.
- Once your note is sent, click Thank next to the gift: it becomes Thanked. Undo reverts it if you made a mistake.
- The To thank filter only shows gifts still waiting for a thank-you; All shows the whole registry.
- A gift's ⋮ menu lets you Edit or Delete it.
Frequently asked questions
Do my guests see this registry? No. It only appears in your space; nothing is shown or sent to your guests.
Does the Thank button send a message? No. It simply records that the thank-you is done, for your own tracking. You send the note itself however you like.
What does the cash received total include? Only gifts of the Cash kind. The estimated value of an item is not added to it.
A gift comes from several people, how do I record it? Pick Someone not on the list and type a name that covers them all ("the neighbours", "the colleagues"…), or link it to one of the guests and mention the others in the Notes.
