Provider tools
Fill in the sheets, lists and approvals your providers prepare with you for each booking.

Goal
Each booked provider gives you their trade's tools: a playlist for the DJ, a shot list for the photographer, a guest count and dietary needs for the caterer, a menu or moodboard to approve, a delivery timing. You prepare the service together there, without endless back-and-forth.
Steps
- Open Requests in the menu and click Tools on a provider's card. The button's badge counts the tools waiting for your answer. The same button is in Details, and on the booked task in the event's Plan, which reminds you when a provider is waiting for your answers.
- Tools are shown one by one, as an accordion: the one waiting for your answer opens first. Each tool's badge tells where it stands.
- On a sheet (tech sheet, guest count, dietary needs…), click Fill in and answer one question per step; you can skip a question and come back later with Edit.
- On a list (playlist, shot list…), add your lines with Add, in the right section, with a link, a quantity or a contact depending on the tool. The provider can tick a line or comment on it.
- On a proposal (menu, moodboard, print proof…), read the provider's version and answer I approve or I have a remark. Previous versions stay in the history.
- On a timing, check or complete the moments, sorted by time.
Frequently asked questions
Who sees what I fill in? The provider concerned, and only them. Each booking has its own tools.
Can I avoid writing my guests' names? Yes. Dietary needs are given as numbers, without names. Only write a name when it helps the provider, for example a person to call for a group shot.
What happens to the tools if I cancel the request? They stay readable, but can no longer be changed.
