Today

Goal

The Today page is where you start when you work in a provider's or an event planner's team. It shows the assignments your manager put you on today, the tasks to do, your assignments for the next 30 days and the teams you joined.

Steps

1. Join a team: open the invitation link your manager sent you, create your access (or sign in), then click Join the team. You land on Today.
2. Under Today, each of today's assignments shows what to do, the time, the client and their phone number (tap the number to call), the address when your manager knows it, and Your tasks for this assignment.
3. The Tasks to do card lists today's tasks and the ones that are Late. See my tasks opens your board to move them forward.
4. Under Coming up, your assignments for the next 30 days are listed day by day. To look further ahead, open My calendar.
5. If you belong to several teams, pick the Team shown at the top of the page. Your choice is kept on this device; All my teams shows them all, with the team's name on each assignment.
6. Under My teams, find each team and your job.

Frequently asked questions

An assignment says "To be confirmed": what does it mean? Your manager hasn't accepted this request yet. The assignment may still change or disappear.

Why do some assignments show no client or address? For a request received through etkivent, the client and the place aren't shared with the team. Ask your manager for the details.

Will I see prices or payments? No. Your space never shows prices, payments or your manager's other clients.

Am I told about a new assignment? Yes, by a notification on your phone if you turned notifications on.
